三 | 修改地址是此类作弊行为的关键环节。严禁修改地址在一定程度上可以确保优惠精准触达目标人群、防止“被薅羊毛”。 不再考核30秒应答率以及平均人工响应时长，在一定程度上可以减轻商家的人力负担，使其能更专注于选品和供应链，特别是在双11这样的流量高峰。 在“商品品质”的考核方面，平台从此前依赖“退款”这一负面结果，转向更全面、主动的“用户反馈”体系。“品质退款率”更多地是反映问题发生后的负面结果，而“积极评论率”和“评价得分”是过程中的风向标，反映的需求更为精细和全面。 “严重劣质率”是一个强有力的新指标，它允许平台直接、快速地识别并清退有严重质量问题的商品，维护百亿补贴活动“便宜有好货”的核心心智。 同时，引入“近90天”周期维度，可以避免因短期波动误伤好商家，也更利于识别持续提供好商品的店铺。 在售后服务考核中，新引入的“平台求助率”是衡量商家自主解决售后问题能力的重要标准。求助率高意味着大量售后需要平台客服介入，增加了平台的成本和负担。 现在，增加对这一指标的考核，可以倒逼商家在问题升级到平台介入前与消费者达成一致，从而提升整体售后满意度。而将退款时长细化为“在途订单”和“签收后”，考核更精准，符合不同场景下的用户预期。 百亿补贴自推出以来，一直是拼多多的战略性产品，承担着拉升品牌定位、吸引高价值用户的重任。如今，随着平台发展，其角色或许正在发生微妙转变。
四 | 早期目的是拉新和品牌上行，现在更侧重于巩固用户“省”的心智，并作为对优质商家的一种资源倾斜。此次拼多多对于“百亿补贴”活动的考核指标调整，在非核心节点给商家松绑，但在商品品质、反作弊、核心售后体验等关键节点上，管控反而更加收紧，从而筛选出更适合当下“百亿补贴”活动的商家与商品。
